Startup problem with grey screen

When I startup my Macbook it cannot pass initial grey screen, and I cannot see Apple logo;

I've already tried to start with safe mode (Command+S), from CD (hold C), with firmware open option (Command+Option+O+F) but no one of these command can work and the final is the same , I can listen initial sound and see a grey screen.

CAn someone help me? Thanks in advance
