When should I recharge my iPhone4?

My habit is to recharge my iphone as soon i get back into my car or at home. Should I change my habit and wait until it's near the 0%?

That would be most ideal for the battery. The battery works by moving electrons and is you only use 50% of your battery then there are some electrons that basically freeze. You don't have to run it down to 0% every time but just once every 2 weeks or so. My MacBook Pro battery has 856 cycles on it and 92% health. My friend, who has the same computer but doesn't run it down to zero, has roughly 250 cycles on it and 72% health. Just doing it once and a while will greatly improve the life I your battery.
