phone needs to be charged then reboots it shows full charge

once power level has dropped enough to where the phone powers down and needs to be put on the charger, it takes different amounts of time to regain enough power to turn back on, but when it does it shows 100%. sometimes it just shuts off for no reason with the same result of showing 100% charge level.

#2 question is i saw some things being offered for sale and now i cant find them. I also have those tamper "proof" screws near the charging dock on the bottom. i'll have to find that video that got me here unless someone has the link...??

1. I am ready for a upgrade. has anyone stumbled on the actual date the Iphone5 is going to be released? Figure the 4S will drop in price. i'm not keeping up with the Jones's or is the % supposed to be that much better to where its worth getting the 5?
