10 minute repair with the right tools (essential) a little snug fitting but very satisfied with the see-through back panel

My tech "master" always told me that every work is easier if you have the right tool. Now with the Pro Tech Base Toolkit every work will be easier!!!

I just had to apply some force to slide out the original back cover.

I wanted to see the internals of my iphone, espicially since I just finished the Jobs book I know how important the inside design is to apple products.

It went amazing!!! Your youtube video showed me how and replacing the back was super simple. Thanks again for have great items and insructions!! Your company totaly rocks and I am sure I sold 5 more clear backs for you.... You had better come up with something new so I dont have the sme phone mod as every one else...

The iPhone 4S Trasparent back panel is easy to change and looks cool. I think the price is more then fair!

My Problem

The old white back was getting pretty boring and I wanted something that could make my iPhone a bit unique. The transparent rear glass panel is both pretty and leaves everyone in awe. It's amazing how you can just flip over the phone and it's like you're beginning a teardown each and every time.

My Fix

The repair was pretty easy. I purchased the iPhone 4 liberation kit which was cheaper than purchasing the pentalobe driver alone. It was overall an amazing deal.

My Advice

Not really. Just make sure that you are extremely careful with the drivers that come with the liberation kit. They are extremely fragile considering they are only supposed to be used once. However, I'm still using them to perform repairs for my friends because after I purchased and installed it, everyone seems to want one and they're too afraid to remove two screws!

easy install, the pentalobe screws definitely suck because if you don't have that type of screwdriver than you can't remove them. I will be purchasing the liberation kit in the near future.
