My Problem
My wonderful significant other, who believes that cases take away from an iPhones good looks, dropped hers. Face Down. Onto tile. Shattered is an understatement.
Also, since I was opening it up, and we're going to give the phone to her son after she upgrades, I replaced the battery to increase longevity.
My Fix
I followed the manual, and went slowly. Not a single issue, and no left over parts! :)
My Advice
Easier than I expected, went very smoothly. Really need tweezers to do it effectively.
There are washers on the side screws. Your best bet is to put them into place on the side of the phone, and then install the screen. It's really hard to do it any other way. It wasn't in the document either...
