NOTE: This drive does not work in MacBooks or 15" MacBook Pros. These computers require a thinner SuperDrive.
This drive does not work in iMacs with Pioneer (DVR-K06RS) drives. Those computers have different mounting slots and require this drive to correctly attach to the optical drive bracket.
This drive does not work in 14" G4 iBooks with TEAC (DV-W28SL) drives. Those drives have a different faceplate that is not compatible. They require this drive.
