Accepts 3.5 inch SATA I and SATA II desktop hard drives. Includes drive enclosure, stand, auto switching (110~240V) AC adaptor, power cord, USB cable, and FireWire cable. Supports USB2.0 (up to 480Mbps) and USB1.1 (up to 12Mbps) host connection. Supports IEEE 1394A FireWire connection up to 400Mbps. Includes dual FireWire ports for daisy chaining.

System requirements:

• Windows ME/2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista.
• Mac OS 9.2, Mac OS X 10.1 to 10.5 and above for USB and FireWire connection.
• Any desktop or laptop computer with an available USB port or FireWire port.

Note: Unlike many external hard drive enclosures, this enclosure does natively support 3 TB hard drives. 3 TB drives pose no problems for Mac OS X, but unexpected behavior may occur when using drives larger than 2.2 TB with 32-bit operating systems such as Windows XP.
