MacBook won’t boot after battery replacement

Hi-I replaced the battery on my MacBook Pro and it will not boot up. The battery level comes up on the screen when I plug it in, but it will not boot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you see the battery icon on the screen in either a charging or charged state then we know the power is getting to the battery from the charger and it should finish charging.

The fact the power button is not responding implies the power button connection to the logic board is not secured or is damaged. Review Step 31 in this guide MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar 2017 Battery Replacement
