How to open the cover?

How do I open the cover? It looks very silly, but I don't know however I put the sim cart in it; since I have no device, T-Mobile adviced me to reinstall the sim; but how do I open this magic thing???? With a screwdriver???? But how???

If you are just trying to reinstall the SIM card, use this guide! You won't need to open up the casing.
