Low Water pressure from my in door water dispenser

I recently changed my water filter in my whirlpool french door refrigerator, as I have done several times before. This time when I inserted the new filter, the water just trickles from the dispenser. I removed the filter and water pressure is fine. I thought it could be a bad filter so I tried a different filter. Same result. It has never done this before until this time. Tried purging the air but it doesn't spit & sputter, just trickles. Any advice is appreciated.

No dripping, no spiiting just very slow flow. I have watched the video previously and followed this steps but it did not fix the slow flow issue. If the filter is removed the system goes into "bypass mode" and the flow is strong. What am I missing??

What is the model number of the refrigerator?

Flushing the system is needed every time the filter is changed or once the refrigerator is installed to the water supply line for the first time.  The air in the water system may cause dripping at the dispenser that is considered a leak or for the water to dispense slowly.
