What bluray drives would work as a replacement for the dvd superdrive?

I want to replace the factory dvd superdrive the 2012 15" mbp came with. I managed to find a few used drives on ebay in the 25-35 dollar range. Would any one of these work or do I have to watch out for the brand or something specific?

The cheapest one I saw was an HP drive, followed by a Sony.

Its not the drive you need to focus in on but the device driver! OS-X/macOS comes with a DVD driver it doesn't come with a BluRay driver so the drive you get needs to offer the needed device driver and application to run the BlueRay drive.

These are the only ones that will fit internally and have the needed device driver 4x & 6x 12.7mm Internal BD/DVD/CD Writer
