Wifi keeps turning off and not turning back on

The wifi keeps turning off and will not let me turn it back on. After restarting, it will work again for a time, but the problem returns. I reset the SMC and PRAM, but the issue remains. Wondering if anyone has another solution before trying to replace the cable and/or board.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Have you tried running the onboard diagnostics to see if something pops?

Restart your system and press the D key some versions of system firmware breaks the diagnostics so it might not work.

Reference: Mac startup key combinations

If it fails you really have no choice than to try reseating the cable following this guide MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Mid 2012 AirPort/Bluetooth Cable Replacement
