my ipod is freaking out please help me, it keeps going to screen to screen and keep flashing back and forth i have no idea what is happening please help me i need help i would really appreciated it

Does touching your screen stop or change the erratic behavior? If so, It's most likely your touch screen digitizer. Use our guide to take your device apart and check your screens cable connection first, it might be loose. If adjusting the connection doesn't work you'll unfortunately need a new front panel.
