LCD NO Backlight - Extra Monitor Works FINE - Backlight Randomly Shine

NEED FOR SURE ANSWER IF POSSIBLE : )

My MBO was working just fine had fan noise then then went to sleep mode then when I attempted to wake it up the backlight was fully off i reseted everything sometimes randomly the screen lights up for a few seconds then back off but once in a blue moon.

What can this be? It works with external monitor just fine keyboard lights up and all.

I CAN SEE with a flashlight sideways everything just fine but no backlight.

What can i test / check to see what the issue may be?

Since you can see the the desktop dimly your most probable failure is the LED driver board. Here's how to replace it, but check your connections first: Installing MacBook Pro 15" Core 2 Duo Models A1226 and A1260 LED Driver Board

I am experiencing the same issue, however i just replaced the inverter, and my i sight and my keyboard led is working just fine, this is becoming very frustrating... not sure where to go from here
