Can I clone my dual boot MacOS/Win 10 750GB HDD to a 1TB SSD?

I have a late 2011 13” MacBook Pro with a 750GB HD that has a Mac OS partition and a Win 10 partition, originally created with Bootcamp. Is there a utility that will allow me to clone my 750GB HDD contents to a replacement 1TB SSD?

Thank you all for your comments/suggestions.

I have Carbon Copy Cloner and Winclone and I am familiar with them.

My question is how can I clone my existing 2013 Apple MacBook Air PCIe SSD to the new OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD BEFORE removing the Apple SSD from my 2013 MacBook Air?

The issue is, nobody seems to make an external enclosure/adapter for the OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD, which would make this so much simpler. OWC makes an external enclosure/adapter for the Apple PCIe SSD but ironically, not for their own memory. ????

If I swap out the Apple SSD on my 2013 MBA with the OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD and install the Apple SSD in the OWC enclosure/adapter, will I be able to boot from it to be able to effect the cloning process to the newly installed OWC SSD?

Also the iFixit web listing is very misleading by offering a bundled purchase option that includes their $25 Universal Drive Adapter that is not compatible with the OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD.

If I understand you correctly, you want to make generate a backup of both MacOS and Windows to reinstall on a fresh, faster SSD.

There are a bunch of ways to do that, but the easiest and least time consuming is probably going to be a Time Machine backup for MacOS, and then use Winclone to back up your Bootcamped Windows partition, so you can then install them both on the newly installed SSD.

Sure. You can use Carbon Copy Cloner to clone your target drive to your new drive.

CCC will only clone the Mac OS partition. I am not aware of a product that will do both the Mac and Windows partitions.
