Lets look at the two chips specs:
- Your systems CPU: Intel i7-3770S Processor
- The new i9 CPU: Intel i9-7900X Processor
Your system has a FCLGA1155 socket and the i9 requires a FCLGA2066 socket so you can't fit this CPU into the system.
