My kinect wont work!

the light on my kinect will come on but the sensor wont come on at all . do i get another one or can it be fixed. any one know please . thank you

Hi! I just recently rebuilt a Kinect that was in pieces. I might be able to help you out. It sounds like you have a faulty camera/s. Have you opened it up?

If it is under warranty, get another one. I am sure it could be fixed but if it is still covered I'd get it replaced.

Yeah, like oldturkey says you're probably better off getting it replaced under the warranty if it is still covered by one. It's probably easier than repairing.

What colour is the light? Here are the meanings green:Its good flashing green:Being detected.On screen Error?(e.g kinect found but cannot be verified)go to XBOX red:Internal problem.repair needed.

If it is under warranty, get another one. I am sure it could be fixed but if it is still covered I'd get it replaced.
