I need to re-set a forgotten password. How do I change this?

I have an old iBook Clamshell and I have forgotten the password to log in. How do I change the password. I know there is a way using one of the cd's but I am not sure what cd to use or how to do it. Thank you!

Options

Use your system installation disk and start up from it using the "C" key. Then go to Utilities -> Change password. Stay away from the root password!
