need replacement fan, behind modem, ethernet etc

I need a new fan, but I don't know the part number (or where I can get one) - or what this particular fan is called so I can order a new one? I looked at the teardown and by removing the two screws next to the ethernet, usb, firewire etc., ports on the back I can remove and replace my now very noisy fan which is on the other side - it just started getting noisy a week ago. Thank you! jon

You're probably talking about fan part number 922-3295

Here's a parts teardown: http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/lovemacs_2113_43...

Here's links to the part:

hmm, actually I don't think that's it - this chart is really cool, but it's showing an earlier G4, not the Quicksilver - and the fan doesn't look correct. Mine has a chunky black case. But thanks for the effort. jon

there were two versions of the 733. Both used the same fan. See if this looks right: http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/lovemacs_2114_10...

I ended up ordering cpu fan #2410ML-04W-B47 off of ebay, It looks to be the right fan and it was only $10. Thanks - jon
