I had a Iphone 5s only use for a month
now when i charging it show me charging and % now
but the power is goting lower and lower
the phone is not buy form my country so can not do the
warranty
is anyone know which part i need to replace

Saying as the phone is still under warrenty I would contact an apple store and get a new phone for free

It shows charging and % prove your phone can be connect through lightning port, you should check if you phone can sync data with PC through lightning port. If can, your lightning port has nothing wrong. And at that time, the power is getting lower and lower proves your battery didn't restore power at all, so i suppose your battery is not very well. It's better try your battery on another phone to see if it can work before you replace it.
