Separate outer glass and lcd

Hi everybody.

Yesterday, I was walking on the street when someone pushed me. My Nexus 5 felt and the outer glass got damaged. The digitilizer and the LCD are fine.

I would like to fix it by buying a new outer glass.

Here's my question: Can i "easily" separate outerglass from LCD ?

For exemple with a heat gun...
