Power supply solid red light after trying to do the rrod kit

My xbox 360 had the rrod. So i bought a rrod kit to fix the problem. As i have done this before. So after trying to fix it i still got the 3 rrod. So i then proceeded to apply a pressure plate on the Hanna chip and still nothing. No it wont even power on. The power supply shows a solid red light. I know that its good because i tried it on another system i have at home. Any suggestions? Please help

Options

If the brick works on another unit, look at replacing the internal power supply unit. A red light on the brick may indicate power that is causing the brick to shut down a s fail-safe measure.
