broken left-hand hinge between body and screen
Hi, is it possible to buy a left-hand hinge to replace the broken one which has broken somehow and come out of the screen's lower edge?

Unfortunately the hinge on a Titanium is part of the screen assembly, and it's not possible to swap out a left hinge or a right hinge -- you'll need to replace the whole display assembly, screen, hinge, cabling, and all. Technically it is possible to transplant your screen into another casing/hinge/be
I'd recommend buying a dead Titanium on eBay that has a good screen and hinge. Just make sure to buy one from a machine that has the same model number and processor speed, because there are at least a couple versions out there and it would be a bummer to end up with one that has the wrong video cable.
Another note -- if you current screen is working, you can make up for the cost of the above purchase by stripping off the bezel/casing/hi
Also, taking apart a Titanium to the degree necessary for screen replacement is one of the more difficult procedures out there, and many who have taken it on have sworn to never do it again. I'm not trying to discourage you, but if it's not too bad, you may want to consider just putting up with it.

If you like your Titanium and really want to repair it you can find the hinges on ebay. Also replacing the hinge doesn't mean that you have to completely separate the bezel from the display (I agree with rdklinc, it could damage it) but only split the bezel in the hinge area enough to remove the broken hinge and insert the new one so again you don't have to completely take apart the bezel from the display. If you do a search on youtube, powermedic.com and many other places you will surely find a tutorial that will guide you cause Titanium broken hinges and repair is a well documented subject on the web. Good luck...
Very cool! I never realized the hinges were removable. I just found one on eBay new for...gasp!...$

Josh, yes I purchased the Hinge from I fixit (lowest cost). I am still looking for a local Mac tech that has done this hinge replacement OR is willing to do it. I also contacted a company in Brooklyn NY that sells special epoxy (suggested by Mayer). If I had both hinges broken I might be reluctant to repair verse replace Good luck
