Need Help With HP 41C Calculator Repair

History

Does anyone know where I might be able to get an old HP 41C Calculator repaired or where I might find information on repairing it myself. Hewlett Packard quit making these probably 20 or so years ago. I have had this one since somewhere around 1980 and it has worked until about 6 or 7 years ago. Since it quit working I have not been able to locate anyone that repairs them. Any help would be very much appreciated.

did you look at www.hp41.org and www.hpmuseum.org ?

there are some informations about this device - including repair stuff

Hi markus--not much info at the first site but I think you may have gold on the second. Including the URL. +1 Ralph http://www.hpmuseum.org/repair.htm

rj713,

hi ralph, i found some nice stuff on the first one there is a repair section: http://www.hp41.org/LibView.cfm?Command=... and in the library i've seen many hp internals, like service manuals and schematics.

markus weiher,

Hi, OK I see what you are talking about. What stopped me was the login requirement. I don't like to do that unless I'm going to be using the site regularly. Ralph
