Mysterious Piece from Verizon iPhone4

While repairing the lcd on my iphone4 this small piece (in attached picture) came from somewhere and I cannot figure out where it goes!? The battery won't take a charge now. I'm wondering if that is because this piece is not installed. Please help!

This piece goes underneath the top screw of the battery terminal. From the picture, flip it onto the bronze side with the black "leg" on the right side. Slide underneath the battery and run the top screw through it.

Not 100% sure due to the image quality but it looks like the wifi grounding clip which is located near the top of the mainboard OR it could be the camera grounding clip.

This is iPhone 4 CDMA, tamhoangng perfect description is iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4 CDMA has only one battery connector screw, at the lower portion of the connector. This piece goes at the screw adjacent to the top portion of the batter connector plate. Here is a nice iFixit photo.
