Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G Screen is unresponsive

Unresponsive screens can be caused by a software bug. To sort the problem out, you can try and perform a soft reset. Hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for about ten seconds, the device should turn off. Turn it back on by pressing the power button.
