My base does not start
My base does not show any signs of life, it does not calibrate and the LEDs do not light up.
Check the connections
Make sure that the power cable of your base is properly connected to a wall outlet, without an extension cord or power strip.
Make sure that the USB plug is connected directly via USB to your computer, without an extension cord or USB hub. If you are on a tower, it is preferable to use a USB port located on the back of the tower.
Check if the power connector is properly inserted into the base. It has 2 notches, you must go all the way to the second notch.
Check from another computer
Possibly check if your base starts when you connect it from another computer, or from a PlayStation console.
Resetting the firmware in your base
You can try to reinstall the firmware in your base. You will find the instructions for this bootloader procedure here.
My base turns on but is not recognized on my console
My base turns on and calibrates correctly, but it does not work at all in-game on my PS4/PS5 console.
Check the mode
The T300 base has a PC mode, a PS4 mode and a PS5 mode, make sure the correct mode is selected.
The mode of your base is indicated by the LED on your base.
- RED indicates PS5 mode.
- ORANGE indicates PS4 mode
- GREEN indicates PC mode.
To change the mode, simply place the selector on the corresponding mode. You can switch from PS4 to PS5 mode and vice versa by holding the MODE button for 5 seconds.
Check the connection
Test your base on another USB port. It is preferable to use the USB ports on the back of the consoles.
Also, be sure not to use a USB hub, your base must be connected directly via USB to your console.
Check your console
Some consoles may have problems with the power supply to the USB ports, allowing the base to start but not sending information. This can be caused by the console cache, which can be resolved by clearing the cache on your console. Instructions for clearing the cache on PS4 and PS5 consoles can be found on the PlayStation website.

The force feedback suddenly decreases in game, after a few minutes.
Check the environment
Ventilate your room properly, and make sure that the temperature is not too high. An outside temperature of 30°C is already high.

If necessary, slightly decrease your force feedback settings from your game settings.
