The screen will not display video from the cameras.

Turn the handheld video monitor off and then back on.

Make sure that the camera has an unobstructed view and the lens is not blocked.

Make sure that the AC adapters of the monitor and cameras are plugged into functional outlets and have power.

Hold down the "sync" button on the back of the cameras to make sure that they are connected to the handheld monitor.
