Sony WF-1000XM3 Audio Not Working

WF-1000XM3 is a pair of unwired, earbud-style headphones that charge in a pocket-sized travel case. It has been noticed that the earbud audio is no longer working for one of the ear buds.

One reason that the audio may not be working in one earbud could be because the speaker in the earbud has been damaged or is now no longer working. To repair this issue, the earbud needs to be disassembled completely and the speaker unit's connections to the main board need to be removed via soldering and the speaker unit must be replaced with a new unit.
