When you receive this error “403 Error: app_not_configured_for_user Service is not configured for this user. “

This error usually means the user has a personal email and their Warby Parker email logged in on their Gmail app.

The resolution for this issue is to remove the users personal email.

Then log back into Slack following the prompts. The user will now have access to Slack on their device.
