The laptop shows no signs of powering up.

If the laptop can power on with the charging adapter plugged in but not without it, the battery might need to be replaced. Follow this guide to replace the battery if help is needed.

The laptop powers down without warning.

Dust buildup can cause a laptop to overheat. Using a can of compressed air, carefully blow out any dust or dirt that has settled in and around the fan and vent. Overheating could also be caused by dirt or dust buildup in other areas of the laptop, such as the hard drive or RAM. Make sure these areas are free of any dust or dirt as well by using the compressed air.

Keeping the laptop plugged in constantly will cause the life of the battery to deplete at an accelerated rate, causing the battery to overheat. Remove the battery from the laptop while keeping it plugged in. If the problem abates, replace the battery.

Device has used up all of its memory.

If your computer shows an error message when you try to save a file, your hard drive may be full. The simple fix would be to delete unneeded files. Another option is to use an external hard drive or install an upgraded hard drive in order to create more room on the device.

Device takes a long time to load or frequently crashes.

If your computer struggles to load basic programs or crashes frequently, you might need to either upgrade your RAM or replace it.

This may be caused by incorrect shut down procedures. The first thing to try is restoring the original windows operating system. If that does not work, your hard drive probably needs to be replaced.
