Device will not charge
When you plug your phone in to charge and the phone does not indicate that it is charging.
Pull the Battery
Start out by pulling the battery out of the phone for a few minutes then put the battery back into the phone, put the phone all back together and then plug it into your ORIGINAL charger that came with the phone.
Check the outlet
If the light switch is designed for turning off and on a light and the switch is off then there is no power coming from the outlet and obviously your device isn’t going to charge.
Broken Charger
If there is no response then it might not be your battery but your charger that has malfunctioned and might need replacing
Replace the device
If you have tried a different battery and a different charger, it probably is your device that has stopped working all together. If this is the case, it is time to purchase a new device.
Device will not turn on
When you hold down the power button to turn on the device and it does not turn on.
Charge the device
Chances are, if your device isn’t turning on then that means it is dead and needs to be charged. Be sure to plug a working charger into your phone, and connect it to a working outlet.
Replace the device
As stated above, if your device is plugged into its charger and is still not turning on, then it is broken and may need to be replaced.
Broken/Frozen screen
The screen is frozen to one image and won’t move.
Turn the device off
Sometimes if the phone freezes, it is because the device is overworked. Try turning off your phone and let it sit for a minute or two, then try turning it back on. The screen should be back to normal.
Get the screen replaced
If the screen is broken or cracked, you will need to have it replaced by a professional. You don’t necessarily have to replace the entire phone, but a professional can replace just the screen for you so you can properly use your device again.
Buttons are stuck
I'm trying to type but the buttons are sticking and won't move.
Clean the device
Sometimes food, dirt, or other small particles can get underneath the keys on the device, and this might cause the buttons to stick. Try cleaning the device with a toothpick and/or damp cloth to try and loosen the particles from the keyboard.
Replace the keyboard
The only other solution besides replacing the entire device would be to replace the keyboard, if this is possible. Taking the device to a professional and having them replace certain keys or the entire keyboard should solve your problem.
Audio jack does not work
My headphones are plugged in but there is no sound coming out.
Replace headphones
Try replacing your headphones and see if the audio works after that. It might be your headphones that are not working, and those need to be replaced with new ones. After that, your audio jack should work fine.
Clean the audio jack
Like the buttons, dirt, food, and even water can get stuck inside the audio jack and block the sound. Try cleaning it with a Q-tip or wiping away any liquid that may have spilled inside of the audio jack.
Replace the device
Unfortunately, you cannot replace the jack without replacing the whole device. Take your phone to a professional who might be able to diagnose the problem, or give you a new device with an audio jack that works properly.
