Samsung Galaxy S Blaze won't turn on ¶ 

Your phone does not turn on.

Uncharged battery ¶ 

Ensure your device is fully charged. When plugged in, try to turn on the device. If your device still does not turn on, there may be a problem with the charger, port, or battery.

Drained/bad battery ¶ 

If your phone is still not turning on the battery will need to be replaced.

Samsung Galaxy S Blaze is not charging ¶ 

My device is not charging.

Charger cable damage ¶ 

Ensure that your charger cable has no damage to the cable. Any damage could cause the charger to not charge your device.

Unattached charger cable ¶ 

Ensure your charger cable is securely attached to the phone port.

No power to charger cable ¶ 

Ensure your charger cable is plugged into a working outlet.

No battery ¶ 

Ensure that a battery is in your phone. Make sure that your device has the correct battery.

Samsung Galaxy S Blaze backlight is to dim ¶ 

The device's backlight is to dark.

Screen brightness ¶ 

Go to the phone settings and adjust screen brightness.

Low charge ¶ 

A low charge on your phone may cause your backlight to be to dim. Charge your phone.

Dirty phone ¶ 

Dirt and debris can affect the light sensor on your phone, causing it to make your device have a dim light setting. Try cleaning your phone.

Samsung Galaxy S Blaze is overheating ¶ 

The device is overheating.

Overworking phone ¶ 

Your device may be experiencing a glitch, causing your phone to overheat. Restart your device by turning it off and then turning it back on.

Applications ¶ 

The device may be running too many applications on your device. This may cause the phone to overheat. Close all your applications.

Motherboard ¶ 

If the problem continues to occur, you will need to replace the motherboard. To replace the motherboard follow the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Motherboard Replacement guide. You will need to find your nearest store to find a replacement motherboard.

Direct sunlight ¶ 

Your device will overheat if it is in direct contact with the sun. Remove your device from the sunlight.

Hot surface ¶ 

Your device may have been accidentally placed on a hot surface, which will make the phone overheat. Take your device off the hot surface and move it to a cooler location.

My phone keeps freezing.

Overworking phone ¶ 

Your device may be experiencing a glitch, causing your phone to freeze. Restart your device by turning it off and then turning it back on. Running too many applications on your device may also cause the phone to freeze.

Motherboard ¶

Samsung Galaxy S Blaze sound does not work ¶ 

My phone's sound does not work.

Volume ¶ 

Your device's volume setting may be on low. Adjust the sound setting by using the volume rocker on the device.

Obstructions ¶ 

Your device may have obstructions causing low, or no volume. Try cleaning your device around the sound ports. Most common causes occur from pocket lint and dirt.

Media sound ¶ 

The media you may be playing on your device has low or muted sound setting. Adjust the media application itself to adjust the sound.

Overworking phone ¶ 

Your device may be experiencing a glitch, causing your phone to have a low sound setting. Restart your device by turning it off and then turning it back on.

Samsung Galaxy S Blaze internet is not working ¶ 

My phone's internet is not working.

Mobile Data ¶ 

Ensure your mobile data is enabled. If it is not enabled, this will cause your device to not be able to connect to the internet. Also, if mobile data is enabled and you still cannot access the internet, ensure you have a stable wireless connection.

Applications ¶ 

If your mobile data is enabled along with a stable connection, your browser may be experiencing a glitch. Close the application and run it again.

Roaming capabilities ¶ 

Your location may have no service at all, causing your device to roam for connection towers. You can update your roaming capabilities or return to an area with service.

Overworking phone ¶ 

Your device may be experiencing a glitch, causing your phone to have no connection. Restart your device by turning it off and then turning it back on.

SD card problems ¶ 

SD card does not read, save, or falls out of the phone .

No SD card ¶ 

Ensure there is a SD card inside your phone. If there is not, purchase one and securely insert it.

SD card slot cover ¶ 

Having a broken or misplaced SD card slot cover may result in the SD card falling out or not being properly secured. Follow the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze SD Card Slot Cover Replacement guide for replacement.

Full memory ¶ 

Having a full SD card will result in the SD card to not save anymore data. The settings will allow you to delete data in order to allow the SD card to function properly.

My Samsung SGH-T769 is not bringing out home screen or home page when booting and i have tried to reinstall several versions of OS to rectify this problem but still not bringing out home screen. Anybody with solution?
