Samsung Galaxy Ring
The Samsung Galaxy Ring is a smart ring developed by Samsung Electronics. It was officially unveiled on July 10, 2024, during the Galaxy Unpacked event held in Paris.
The device was primarily designed to monitor health and wellness-related information. Through its sensors, the Galaxy Ring can track data such as heart rate, physical activity, sleep, and skin temperature. This information can be viewed in the Samsung Health app.
The ring features a titanium frame, 10 ATM water resistance, and IP68 certification. It uses Bluetooth to communicate with compatible Android smartphones and does not have a screen, focusing its functions on continuous data collection.
The battery can last up to seven days, depending on the ring size and usage conditions. The Galaxy Ring also comes with a charging case that stores power and allows you to recharge the device.
The Galaxy Ring is part of Samsung's ecosystem of wearable devices and works in conjunction with Samsung Health and Galaxy AI features to analyze the collected data.
