Poor Battery Power ¶

Expiration of Battery ¶

If the device is losing battery power faster then average, there may be a need to replace the old battery with a new OEM HTC Rezound Extended Battery. Search for the link [ ].

Loose Charger Jack ¶

If the device is not holding its charge when plugged into a charger, the charger jack or the UBS cable may be faulty. Charges that will hold only at certain angles or that do not charge the phone at all could mean that the charger is not fully inserted into the phone, or that the UBS cable needs to be replaced.

Broken Wall Adapter ¶

Be sure that the USB cable is not faulty or broken. If that cable is not producing a charge, it is possible that the wall adapter that it is injected into is faulty or broken. Check that the adapter is completely plugged in to the wall, and if it continues to produce no charge, it may need replacement.

Faulty Speaker ¶

If there is a difficulty hearing when using the ear speaker for phone calls and voice mails, the speaker may be damaged or faulty.
