Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Mouse is Unresponsive
When the mouse is turned on, it lights up but does not connect to the computer used.
Outdated Software
Update the Razer Synapse app
Find the Razer Synapse application in the computer applications menu. Click the three dots, then click update. Restart the computer.
Repair Synapse
Find the Razer Synapse application in the computer applications menu. Click on the three dots to the right of it, then click repair. Restart the computer.
Uninstall and reinstall
Find the installed apps in the computer settings and locate "Synapse" and click on the three dots to the right of it, then click uninstall and restart the computer. Afterwards, reconnect the mouse which will reinstall the synapse.
Dead Dongle
Reset the connection
Remove the dongle from the USB port and place it back inside the magnetic puck at the bottom of the mouse for ten seconds. Take the dongle back out and plug it back into the device.
Clean the dongle
Use canned air to clean possible debris from the mouse's dongle and the USB port of the device.
Empty Mouse Battery
Clean the charging pieces
Clean the mouse's charging port with canned air.
Charge the mouse
Plug the mouse into the charger and charge the mouse.
