Cause: possible causes of failure for a given symptom. "Suspected cause of failure"

Solution: recommended corrective actions / suggested actions
Symptom: often, fault detection occurs by noticing symptoms.
Duh! Solutions: "Standard maintenance operations are suggested" (i.e. turn it off and back on again, clean the filter, etc.)
