Shops in the pilot are listed in a Repair shops near you box on iFixit repair guides, device pages, and Answers posts, sorted by distance from the visitor. On a guide, it sits near the top, before the visitor even picks up a screwdriver.

1. Someone on iFixit decides they'd rather have a shop do the repair.
2. They pick your shop and send a short request: their device, the repair, any notes, and their name, email, and phone number.
3. The request reaches you through RepairDesk.
4. You call or email them, quote the job, and book the repair.
