Toothbrush Does not Vibrate ¶ 

The toothbrush does not vibrate when the buttons are pressed. The lights may not turn on, or the device may be working well without vibration.

Faulty Battery ¶ 

If your device is not charging or will not power on.

Ensure the power adapter is plugged firmly into the wall and the glass wireless charging cup. Place the bottom of the toothbrush into the glass and a green light should appear in the battery icon in the bottom of the handle.

If the battery light is not on after using the charging cup, locate your wireless charging travel case. Plug in the case to the wall and let it charge for 30 minutes. After this time has passed, place your toothbrush into the charging case. If the light is still not on, then consider replacing the charging case.

If the light is not on after testing the charging cup and case, consider replacing the battery in your toothbrush.

Water Damage ¶ 

If there is water leaking from the bottom of the device or the cover is cracked.

Water damage occurs when backwash builds up in the charging cup. Ensure you keep your charging cup clean and liquid-free. Clean your toothbrush with warm water (light soap is fine to use) and dry with a towel.

If problem persists, consider removing the plastic case and drying the components.

Battery Will not Charge ¶ 

The device will not charge when using the charging cup or case.

Charging Utensils ¶ 

Ensure the power adapter is plugged firmly into the wall and the glass wireless charging cup. Place the bottom of the toothbrush into the glass and a green light should appear in the battery icon in the bottom of the handle.

Lights on Handle Will not Turn on ¶ 

The device is powering on, and working properly, but the LEDs are not lighting up.

Faulty LEDs ¶ 

Connect toothbrush to a charging port. If all lights on the toothbrush do not turn on, then consider replacing the battery. If one or more light works, contact Sonicare about repairing the devicehere

Button Press is not Registering ¶ 

The device is charging properly, but the button press does not register or registers sometimes.

Button is Stuck in Place ¶ 

If the button cannot be pressed, there may be something below the button holding it down. To fix this, remove the brush from the toothbrush. Then, remove the bottom of the casing with a flat head screwdriver. If holding the toothbrush, lights facing up, depress two prongs in either side inside of the toothbrush. Place the metal head on a flat surface and gently press downward. Remove the item holding the button and reassemble the device.
