Palm Treo 650 Troubleshooting

Palm Treo 650 won't turn on ¶ 

These are some basic reasons why your phone will not turn on.

Battery issues ¶ 

Your battery could be completely drained. If you have tried charging the Palm Treo 650 and it still will not turn on, then you may need to replace your battery. Follow the guide to take out your battery.

Keypad issues ¶ 

If you have owned your Palm Treo 650 for a long time, it is possible that the keypad has been worn down because of extensive use. If you believe that this could be the reason why your phone will not turn on, follow the guide to repairing your keyboard.

Screen issues ¶

If you are trying to talk with someone and you can hear them but they can't hear you, then you may be having microphone issues. This problem should occur constantly and not just once. If you believe that this is your problem, follow the guide to removing your microphone.
