Plug the Orbo Jr. in and wait until it is fully charged. Hold the power button until you see the Android logo.

Damaged/Defective Charging Cable ¶

Sometimes the cable could have been damaged, preventing the battery from charging. Locate another micro USB charging cable and use the cable with the wall plug.

Perform a soft reset by holding the Power button down for 8 seconds or until you see the word "Android". If this does not work, then try performing a hard reset by holding the volume up button along with the power button. Use the volume button to select the option and the screen brightness should be restored.

Display is Not Responding ¶

It is possible that nothing is happening because the display has become unresponsive. If the battery is working correctly and the screen stays black, then it is possible that the display is defective and needs to be replaced. Refer to our Display Replacement guide.

Malfunctioning Motherboard ¶

If the display and battery are working correctly, then the issue could be the motherboard. Check all the connections from the display and battery to the motherboard. The connection from the motherboard to the display could have become lose and needs to be reset.
