Nokia 3 V Touchscreen is Unresponsive

Touchscreen does not read any inputs. The touch screen may still turn on, but not read inputs regardless. This could be caused by water damage or a system malfunction.

The fix for a frozen screen could be as simple as a forced reboot. Remove the charger from the phone and any other devices that may be plugged in. Hold the power button on the right side of the device for 10 seconds, allowing for the phone to restart.

If no other issue can be determined, the motherboard may need to be replaced.
