Nacon Wired Compact Controller Triggers are Unresponsive
The Nacon Wired Compact Controller was made public in November 2017 and the model number is BB4469. It showed signs of the triggers being stuck, not pressing properly, or clicking properly but having no proper input.
Dirty Triggers
Sometimes when using a controller a lot without regular cleaning there could be debris that could cause problems to the triggers.
- Use a Q-Tip to get any big messes out of the way.
- Use a canned air spray to clean off any other debris.
If this still doesn't work there could be a problem with the trigger itself.
Dislodged Triggers
When handling a controller it might have dropped by accident causing this problem. This can happen if the trigger gets pressed too hard as well.
- Use almost any small tool to make the trigger get unstuck from the shell of the controller.
- Gently lay the trigger back to its original spot.
If that doesn't work then it might be an internal problem where the controller has to be opened.

Broken Inner Lever
If the controller has been dropped a lot it could cause the inner plastic lever component brake.
- First open up the controller.
- See if the piece is disconnected or if it's broken.
- If the lever is disconnected it can be easily reconnected.
- If it's broken then open the front of the controller to unscrew the trigger.
- Then replace the lever and close it back up.

If the trigger lever appears intact after opening the controller, check the trigger return spring for damage or misalignment.
Spring Fatigue
This is something that could happen if the controller is used constantly causing the spring to be overworked
- Open the back of the controller, disconnect the lever.
- Open the front of the controller and unscrew the trigger.
- Use tweezers to push out the plastic piece connecting the trigger and spring.
- Replace the old spring with a new one.
- Carefully align everything up then put the plastic piece back through.
- Screw the trigger back in place and put the front of the controller back.
- Reconnect the lever and put the back on again
