Tablet Will Not Power On

The tablet will not respond or show any sign of operating.

Check to make sure the power adapter is plugged in. If it is, make sure the light on the adapter is on. If the light is not on, the adapter is faulty. Consider replacing the power adapter.

Faulty Battery

If the adapter is plugged in, make sure the adapter is connected to the tablet. If the tablet only powers up when the adapter is plugged in, regardless of charging time, then the battery is faulty. Consider replacing the device's battery.

Tablet Will Not Charge

If the adapter is plugged in, and the battery is not charging consider purchasing a new charging adapter.

Malfunctioning Power Button

The power button will not respond or is not on the device.

Power Button is Missing

If the power button is missing from the tablet, it may need to be replaced.

Power Button is Lodged

When the button is lodged and the device will not respond, try to use more force to press the button down. If it continues to not respond, consider replacing the power button.

Video Distortion

The display of the screen is malfunctioning.

External Display

The tablet screen may be operating incorrectly in terms of resolution, formatting, color, etc. First, check the device’s display settings, and reset to default settings. If the screen is still malfunctioning, then the screen may need to be replaced.

Audio Distortion

The audio (sound) input/output is not functioning properly.

Loose Headphone Jack

Make sure headphones are working properly before attempting to listen to audio through the tablet.

If the audio is cutting in and out, then the jack is most likely loose. Make sure the headphones are fully inserted into the tablet. If the audio is still distorted while listening, the audio jack may be faulty.

Non-functional Speaker

If the audio output from the tablet is not responding, try turning up the volume level. If the speaker still does not respond once the volume is turned up, the speaker may need to be replaced.

Unable To Use Microphone

If the microphone is not responding to vocal input, check to make sure the microphone is turned on. If the microphone is turned on and is still not responding, it may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
