HTC Desire 610 Screen Won't Work
The screen on your device is pressing things that you didn't select, or it doesn't sense your touch altogether.
Broken or Cracked Screen
Relax, a cracked screen doesn't mean your phone is ruined! In fact, sometimes your phone will still work with broken glass, though usually temporarily. Thankfully, the glass and LCD are separate, so replacing it with our guide will be cheap.
Incorrect Touch Screen Response
No matter how many times you tap, your screen just won't recognize your touch, and when it does, it types the letter "m" when you've been trying to click "a". We know, it's frustrating. You can try rebooting your phone, but if the problem persists, it could be a broken touch digitizer. With our guides, however, fixing the issue will be a breeze. You'll be back to texting your BFF in no time.
HTC Desire 610 Will Not Charge
You've tried plugging in your phone and yet it will not charge to replenish the dying battery.
Faulty Battery
Your phone may not be charging because of an issue with the battery. If it refuses to hold a charge, your battery may have lived past its shelf life. Unfortunately, this means you'll need to replace it soon.
Broken Charger/USB Cord
Your phone might not be charging because of an issue with your USB cord or power brick. To determine if this is the issue, try using different chargers and cords. If they work, you know you need to replace your current charging setup.
Broken Charging Port
You've tried different chargers and cords, but nothing seems to work. Your issue might be a broken charging port. First, try the 90's method and blow in the cartridge. If that doesn't work, unfortunately your problem may be more serious and will need to be fixed. If nothing else has worked, you may need to replace the daughter board in your device.
HTC Desire 610 Will Not Turn On
Your device has shut itself off and you are unable to power it back on
Faulty Battery
Your phone may not be turning on because of an issue with the battery. Your battery might just be dead, so first, make sure its charged. If it still won't turn on after a charge, the battery might have lived past its shelf life and need to be replaced.

Fried Circuit Board
If absolutely nothing else works, it may be your phone's circuit board. Is there a chance your phone got wet recently? Liquids can cause the circuit board to malfunction and "fry". For future reference, if you get any electronics wet, immediately turn it off and put it in a bag of rice. It helps absorb the moisture!
HTC Desire 610 Won't Vibrate
Your device won't vibrate despite having the vibration mode on and double checking all of your settings
Broken Vibration Motor
If your phone will not vibrate even when it's supposed to, a possible cause could be a faulty vibration motor. This can be caused by subjecting your phone to extreme temperatures or a large shock from dropping the phone.
HTC Desire 610 Software is Not Functioning Properly
If nothing on your device seems to be broken but you know it's not functioning properly, you may be experiencing some software issues.
Reboot Your Device
Sometimes, all your device needs is a simple fix: just turn it off and back on again. This allows your software to reset, and hardware to restart, usually solving most common issues.
Factory Reset Your Device
WARNING: THIS MAY DELETE ALL USER DATA
If rebooting your device doesn't work, it may be time to factory reset your phone. Unfortunately, this method will make you lose all your cat pictures, so do a back up first!
If your device is responsive:
Go to your settings app, scroll down to and click on "Backup & reset", choose "Reset phone", optionally check the "Erase all data" box, and click "OK".
If your device is unresponsive:
Make sure the device is powered off. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.
