Device won't turn on

Power cord is unplugged

Inside of device is dirty
Unscrew the back of the laptop and clean out any visible dust build up with canned air

Device is running slowly
Slow response time and excessive lag.
Memory is fragmented
Open up the Disk Management and run it. This should improve the performance of your device.
RAM is maxed out

Turns on and just try's to boot forever, run the diagnostic and it says diagnosing your pic for hours no result

Laptop is plugged in, when power button is pressed i can hear fans of something running, and power light is on, but screen doesnt turn on. Any ideas?
