Even when pressing the power button, the printer does not respond.

If the printer is plugged into a surge protector or power bar, try plugging it directly to the wall. If it is not, try switching it to a different outlet.

You are unable to print wirelessly from a computer or smartphone.

In order to print, your computer or smartphone must be connected to the same network as the printer. If you have multiple networks in your home or office, check to make sure you are on the same network as your printer.

To change the network on your printer:

  1. On the touch screen, press the Wireless icon, then press the Wireless Menu icon (shaped like a gear).
  2. Press Wireless Settings, then Wireless Setup Wizard.
  3. Select the network you would like to connect to, then follow the on-screen instructions

In certain cases, your network may not allow wireless printing. Try contacting your service provider if you believe this may be the case.

The printer screen or your computer displays "There is a problem with the printhead."
