Battery Not Charging
You plug your computer in, but the battery but the computer remains dead or with low battery.
Check Charger
If both ends of the charger are not plugged in correctly, the battery will not charge. Check the part that goes into the wall, part that connects to the "box" part of the box (located around the middle of the charger), and that that the charger snugly fits into the laptop.
Also check that there is no excessive rips, tears, or sharp bends in the charger. If there is, it is a possibility that the charger no longer works because of a short in the wire.
Check the Outlet
Verify that the outlet is working properly. Try plugging your laptop into a different outlet. If there is no power in the outlet, the computer will not charge.
Check Battery Health
If the charger and outlet are confirmed to be working, it is likely that battery is no longer in full health. To remedy poor battery health, you can simply replace the battery according to this guide.
