How do i switch the setting back to english?

I can pair and play just fine with my ipad. I can not hook up with my iphone 6. HELP

I have the same problem as Jared Talbert!! The red light will not shut off and the speaker is unresponsive to my attempt to reset it.

This is by far the worst speaker and most expensive I have bought. It's not loud enough first off. Also it will not charge ,and keeps shutting off. My sons cheap iwave is better,and louder. Go figure..

I just did a factory reset, I didn't see a red light or hear anything but the weird pitch shift is gone. Volume control issue still there. Oh well, what do you expect for $25. Adjustable volume must be on the more expensive models.

Hi. The volume of my jam plus has reduced a lot. The maximum volume is barely audible once leaving a small room. Can you suggest what can be done ?

I just bought mine yesterday and the storm mode doesnt seem to be working. i tried it on multiple surface but zero bass nor vibrations are coming out of the speaker.

Well, well, well, seems many of us bought a Jamaudio.com product lemon for about $30.00. I read many of the same problems. "Powering on, paired" then nothing. Also failing to be able to charge. I tried several different USB cords, went back to the original, powered on, powered off, plugged it in, rapped it lightly.."Charging". Must be a loose connection. Got a feeling 'quality' and factory 'QA' is sorely lacking. Much less no one responds to questions here. Good luck. Research before you buy again.

My speaker will not play my music. It is perfectly connected and I checked to see if my phone was ik the issue. It wasn't. my Jam plus has power, charges, pairs with any Bluetooth device but has no sound. I've tired a factory reset but according to instructions after 5 seconds I should either hear a beep or the red light flashes. I get neither of these indicators that the factory reset has completed.

These headphones are a waste of money. I spent 35$ on these and they NEVER WORK EVER! I tried to return them and they said there was nothing they could do and wouldn't except them back, THEN I called the company and they said that I needed to take them to the retailer. Bunch of junk! Don't buy these.

Mine won't show to connect on any tablet or phone and doesn't have any sound when connected with adapter.

I accidentally connected red and black cable from the battery on the opposite cord and removed as fast as I could when smoke created from one of the black cube from the amp board. The bluetooth work and charger but no noise can be heard, I'm assuming the the current that transfer data to the speaker is somehow disconnected. m’m trying to find the same model amp board to replace it but no where to be found online. Anyone know where I can buy the part from the jam plus speaker or fix amp board.

For those of you that have a problem with language:

1. Quick press the volume up and volume down button at the same time

2. You will hear the name of the language you want so when u hear it stop choosing and enjoy

3. You can also choose a melody instead of the language

My jam ultra wireless ear buds won’t pair together so I can listen to both ear buds at once. They only let me pair one at a time to my phone so can only ever listen to one at a time why is this ?

Out of the blue my speaker changed to Spanish. It wouldn’t turn off either. I found a little hole next to the charge and auxiliary inputs. I put inserted a tooth pic and held it down while holding down the power button on the other end, and it reset to English. I had pair it again, But it seems to be working as it was before. Hope this works for others having issues with this speaker. My speaker is the jam street hx-p710.

I fixed mine for good, no more problems, i placed it upright on the floor, and stamped my 5” steel heel right thru the speaker hard as i could and twisted it right in for good measure… that fixed it, i wont be buying another

My jam live fast headphones will not charge. I have tried multiple times to charge. I have tried the factory reset and charging 4-6 hours.

My speaker won’t turn off!! I’ve tried holding the power button for ages, like I would normally do but it just won’t turn off, it no longer powers down after inactivity and has started to speak to me when it never did before!!!

My jam classic model HX-P190 mysteriously stopped working, along with my otherAiqin speaker Model SQ-A10 neither of them will turn on or charge. Does this mean that I'll need to replace both batteries? I find it werid how neither will work and how they both stpopped working on the same day, I took good care of both of them. The only reason I was using them was becaues my headphone jack broke inside of the headphone port to my 2016 Galaxy Tablet, since I'm a 12 year old I can't repair it due to not having money and I don't wanna tell my father becaues I'll get growled at. Any advice for the situation I'm in?

My jam zero chill lost the sounds. How can i fix it?

Jam2 was working great then began cutting in and out. Sound disruption off and on like a blinker… very annoying. I have it paired to a windows10 ios, it wouldn’t pair with new samsung TV. As stated worked fine then just started cutting in and out. Nothing has changed in where it is sitting from when it functioned to when it began malfunctioning. I have used the reset pinhole numerous time to clear devices and refresh… still can’t connect with samsung tv, connects with HP computer but choppy interrupted sound distortion. What do I do to correct this issue?

Seems to me most ppl are havin a similar issue to me and some don't even realize it. This just started happening to me recently when I paired My Jam Plus with another device it wouldn't pair back to Windows properly. It connects and works but under the Bluetooth settings it says that it's connected for voice and that's it before it would say connected for voice and media and that would allow me to have volume control on the Bluetooth speaker itself. Now since it's just connecting for voice only I don't have volume up and down adjustment on the Bluetooth speaker, only from the windows sound settings. and I have to open the sound settings on the bottom right of the taskbar and then click the speaker and from there change it from computer speakers to Jam Plus. However if I pair the speaker to my phone (note 5) it says connected for call and media audio (voice plus media). I've tried resetting the device, tried holding the play pause button to enable new pairing, tried messing around with the settings in Windows

Also when I try to disconnect the device in the Bluetooth settings it says driver error and it won't disconnect. the issue I'm having has to be windows-based because when I connect it to my phone it connects for voice and media. but when I connect to Windows it only connects for voice only, its like windows is trying to use it for telephone calls only. Like I said before, before I paired it to my buddies iPhone it used to connect to Windows for voice and media after that it never did and I've been trying to reset it and adjust settings in windows with no success. But I really think this is a Windows issue. if the volume was the same as before I wouldn't care less but it doesn't sound anywhere near as loud as it did when it was connecting for voice and media rather than voice only

I’ve been charging mine for hours, tried on the laptop and also the wall. No matter how long it is charging for, it is always dead, or it just dies out on its own. I’m thinking it may be the battery but I wouldn’t know where to buy a new one or insert it into the speaker. It used to be recognizable on my laptop and phone now it doesnt show up on either.

When my speaker is off, just sitting there, it makes a noise. It's not a beep but like a deeper sounding tap. As if something is trying to communicate through the speaker. Any idea how to stop this because its especially annoying at night while trying to sleep.

My right ear bud is not working.  It blinks blue/red when turned on.  I have tried turning them both off and placing them back in the charging station, I’ve also disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth (JIC), but nothing has worked.

This speaker is pure c**p.

Beside the impossible to avoid loud announcement each time one switches it ON/OFF, the audio quality is simply awful. Worst money spent on a listening device ever.

this product has never worked very well.. the batter holds a charge for like 10 minutes, then fades, even whey it is plugged in. My advice, do not buy JAM products because they absolutely suck.

My HMDX model HX-P230C will connect fine with my iPhone (SE) but after some amount of time (could be anywhere between 5 - 60 min), it makes a “dinging” type sound, then disconnects from I iPhone. I have to turn it off, then back on, to get it to work again, but only for a short time. I keep it plugged in so I don’t forget to charge it. Any ideas???

Hi I’ve only just got my ear buds and already having problems. The right 1 turns on but the left 1 doesn’t, you put them both in the charger case and both light up red but on the left the light is very dim. I’ve left them both charging in the case plugged into USB port for over 4 hours and still only the right 1 seems to be working. Only got them today so haven’t even been able to sync them together yet. Any ideas?

Just doesn't play for longer than a minute. It shuts off. I have charged it many times using different cables etc using various power capable adaptors. When it was new it worked fine for 3 days then it died. Charged worked for 15 mins.. charged again overnight. Face it. Its not keeping a charge no matter what I try. Its junk. Sad as the speaker quality and sound was quite good

So my Bluetooth speaker will connect. But won't play any sound. And it's stuck on and won't turn off. I've held down the power, the play button, the volume buttons and nothing. It just flashes the blue light if I turn off my bluetooth. The red light doesn't run on when plugging in power cable either.
