GameSir G7 Pro Wireless Controller Will Not Connect

The controller may be set to the wrong connection mode.

• Check the mode switch on the back of the controller and make sure it is set to the correct position for the type of connection you are trying to use.
• For a wireless receiver connection, place the controller in receiver mode. For Bluetooth, place it in Bluetooth mode.

If the controller is not automatically connecting, it may need to be placed back into pairing mode.

• Press and hold the pairing button on the controller until the indicator light begins flashing.
• If you are using the wireless receiver, also press the pairing button on the receiver and wait for the devices to connect.
• After these steps, a solid indicator light shows that the connection was successful.

When using a wired connection, inspect the USB-C cable for damage and try connecting the controller to a different USB port.

• Test another compatible USB-C cable. A damaged cable or USB port may prevent the controller from communicating with the device.
• Make sure the cable is fully plugged in.
• If another cable or port works, replace the faulty one.

A software or firmware error may prevent the controller from connecting properly.

• Find the reset button on the back of the controller.
• Use the reset button located on the back of the controller using a pin or similar object.
• After resetting it, turn the controller back on and attempt the connection again.
